Tascam DR - 07MKII is used to make high quality audio products. It has high sound pressure design which is used for loud sounds up to 125dB SPL, which makes the Tascam good for loud band recordings. This audio product also is good as it has a self timer function which is good to know how long your recording is. It also has a Three low cut filter levels, these are good as they cut unnecessary low frequency noise such as from air conditioning in the background. MicroSD cards are used to keep save your recorded media. You can also set up a play list of which you want to play your audios in a certain order. You can view your audio out loud or via the headphone output connector. Tascam is also good if you want your microphone to stay still while recording because it has a tripod attachment screw hole that is built in. 
The microphone at the top of the Tascam can be adjusted to face different ways.
